As foreign tourists, we loved the privacy of the room with its own outside door. the room was always clean and had great amenities like a coffee maker, kettle, and mini fridge stocked with 2 bottles of water. the location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to local grocery stores and dining options. the free private parking right in front of the room was a nice luxury. the hosts, Andy and Monica, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Felt super comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

We had a great stay at this cozy private suite! It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to local grocery stores and dining options. We loved the convenience of the free private parking right in front of our room. The room itself was spacious and bright, although it did get a bit too bright in the evenings as it faced West. We appreciated the amenities like the mini fridge with complimentary bottled water, Tim Horton's coffee, and a selection of tea options. The hosts, Andy and Monica, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only minor inconvenience was that the room was a little too cold for our liking, and we didn't have control over the furnace. However, the hosts provided a portable heater which solved the issue, although it did make the air quite dry.

The room was spacious and bright, with nice amenities such as a mini fridge stocked with water bottles. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to grocery stores and dining options.
The window treatment and glass shower doors could use some updating, as they appeared worn. some guests mentioned the lack of a stove or oven for cooking, which would have been useful for longer stays.

I recently stayed at a private suite with a separate entrance at Monica's Home. The location was perfect for me, just a quick 15-minute drive from the Vancouver airport. It was also conveniently close to Steveston, which made exploring the area easy. The bed in the suite was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, including coffee and tea with a coffee maker and kettle. I appreciated the privacy of having my own outside door, and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. Additionally, having free parking right in front of the room was a great luxury.
While there were many great aspects of my stay, there were a couple of drawbacks. the pillows provided were large and firm, which didn't work well for me and I ended up using my clothing as makeshift pillows.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for our needs, and Monica was kind enough to have the suite ready for us early. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-kept. We appreciated the provided coffee and tea, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, even bringing us plates and utensils when we asked. Despite a few minor issues like a loud water pipe and squeaky bathroom door hinges, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Richmond.
